This year's eBay Live event is wonderful. Here I am at the "For Dummies" booth in the exhibit area signing books with Jennifer Webb from Wiley Marketing. The amazing thing about eBay? There's always something new to
learn... always new challenges to work with. Still you can't beat it as a superior marketplace.

ReplyDeleteIncidentally, I heard that eBay Live 2008 Chicago was filled with tension by a bevy of disgruntled eBayers... and it seems that eBay has taken note. eBay's Lorrie Norrington recently announced that a neutral will be a neutral again in August, which was the number one reason I stopped selling on eBay May 19, 2008. I believe eBay heard the noise and felt the pain as sellers moved to places like Amazon, RubyLane, Etsy, eCrater and the like. I hope it's not too late for eBay as they may have abandoned their best sellers in their attempt to regain the marketplace.
