If you don't already know, Twiistup combines a showcase for innovation, a platform for thought leaders and an audience of entrepreneurs, media and investors all wrapped in a unique, stylized environment that rivals a Hollywood production.

Ten startups showed off their newest innovations to a full house of techies and some serious judges. I always enjoy attending this event because Twiistup is a good meter of what's going on in the new tech spaces. This event draws the most interesting people. If you're smart? You're there! I finally had a chance to spend some time with Pete Cashmore of Mashable at the Twiistup After party. Lucky me!
